Aldama y Diez Ingenieros Asociados has completed the Sustainable Supplier Training Program, a five-month process that has enabled it to obtain certification as a Sustainable Supplier, awarded by the United Nations Global Compact.
This program, promoted by the UN Global Compact, Fundación ICO and ICEX Spain, is designed to promote business sustainability in supply chains, aligning with the Ten Principles of the Global Compact and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda. In its first edition, the project has trained SME suppliers of large companies in Spain and other countries, with an international focus on sustainability.
The certification strengthens Aldama y Diez Ingenieros Asociados' commitment to sustainability, respect for the environment and the implementation of ESG (environmental, social and governance) criteria. Since joining the Global Compact in 2016, the company has been actively working to promote the Ten Principles, which include the protection of human, labor, environmental and anti-corruption rights, thus consolidating its commitment to social responsibility and sustainable development.
