For this reason, from AyD we implement measures such as the promotion of responsible transportation in our work commutes, the measurement, compensation and reduction of the carbon footprint generated in the development of our functions, refosting or continuous training in equality, safety and health of our workers.

At our company, we are committed to actively fighting corruption and promoting a culture of transparency, ethics and integrity throughout our operations. We have therefore implemented a series of concrete measures to ensure compliance with these principles.

One of the pillars of our strategy is the creation and dissemination of a Code of Ethics accessible to all employees, suppliers and partners. This document sets out the principles and values that guide our business conduct, establishing clear standards to prevent any corrupt practices, such as bribery, fraud or conflicts of interest. All members of the organization are obliged to comply with this code, which is regularly reviewed and updated to adapt to new challenges and regulations.

In addition, we have appointed a Corporate Ethics and Sustainability Officer, who is responsible for overseeing compliance with our transparency policies and ensuring that appropriate action is taken in cases of possible irregularities. This figure is also responsible for leading awareness and training programs on ethics and compliance issues, so that all employees are aware of the risks and consequences of corrupt practices.

To further reinforce our commitment, we have set up a Complaints and Whistleblowing Mailbox, a confidential and secure channel that allows any employee, customer or supplier to report conduct that they consider inappropriate or contrary to our Code of Ethics. Complaints can be made anonymously and are handled with absolute confidentiality, guaranteeing the whistleblower's protection against retaliation.

In addition to these initiatives, we have a system of periodic internal audits that allows us to evaluate compliance with our anti-corruption policies and detect areas for improvement. We also collaborate with external, independent bodies to conduct impartial audits to ensure the transparency of our operations.

Finally, we promote a culture of shared responsibility, where every employee feels empowered to act with integrity and report any inappropriate behavior. We encourage open dialogue and accountability at all levels of the organization, because we know that the fight against corruption is everyone's job.
